Following the successful development of Autobarn in Ipswich, Jorgensens secured the contract to design and construct Autobarn Upper Coomera.
This 750m2 showroom of tilt panel construction incorporates a 60m2 mezzanine, complete office fit out, vehicle fitting bay, polished concrete flooring, energy efficient lighting, air-conditioning, plus extensive data and security networks. External works include bio-retention basin and complete concrete car park, fully landscaped.
Jorgensens also obtained all permits required including plumbing, drainage and building approvals.
