This 2000m2 shopping centre incorporates a 75 place childcare centre built to a turnkey specification. The 4457m2 site includes underground water tanks, bio-retention, 51 car parks, artificial turf and extensive landscaping. The project was completed in 22 weeks (some 8 weeks ahead of schedule) and came in under budget.
