• Capacity for 78 Children: Our childcare centre is thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of 78 children, providing a warm and inviting environment for their early years.
• Convenient Parking: Ensuring accessibility, we’ve incorporated 16 dedicated carparks, making drop-offs and pickups a breeze for parents and staff alike.
• Child-Friendly Design: With two storeys, including a partially suspended ground floor and carpark for flood storage, safety and environmental considerations are at the forefront of our design.

Architectural Flourishes

• Sturdy Foundations: Concrete, steel, and block work form the backbone of our structure, ensuring a secure and enduring foundation for the childcare centre.
• Aesthetic Appeal: We’re transforming the exterior with a mix of face brick, linea weatherboard, and rendering. This blend of materials not only enhances visual appeal but also ensures the longevity of the facility.
• Playful Spaces: Unique to this childcare centre are thoughtfully planned play areas. The ground floor caters to the younger nursery rooms, while a sprawling level 1 play area is designed to engage and inspire kindergarten-aged children. Glazed fencing offers tree-top views, creating a harmonious connection with nature.

We’ve worked closely to secure building approval, navigate council approvals, and ensure all service connections are in place before breaking ground.
