Treehouse Lawnton | Renovation & Extension

Jorgensens Design & Build will be conducting a renovation plus extension to this current childcare centre. Part remodel will include demolition, remodelling and extension to increase the centre capacity and also feature a new carpark. 

The start date for this project was 30th January 2023 and the project is on track for completion in June 2023.

The renovation will include

44 place- 2 room extension designed to seamlessly marry into the existing structure with a matching façade.

1030m2 new concrete carpark (35 carparks)

Landscaping with new fencing and an entry gatehouse with incorporated bin and bike storage.

19x 7KL underground tanks with filtration- 133,000 litres of stormwater detention to slow the flow of rainwater during storm events.
