Design and Documentation
An initial site visit will give us an understanding of the space available, the requirements specific to your practice and a base for the concept design.
The information you provide us with at this early stage will help build a comprehensive picture of your vision for the practice before presenting a design concept.
Jorgensens team liaises with Council to ensure the Building and Plumbing approvals are obtained quickly and the final plan documentation takes into account any conditions placed by Council.
Each stage of the planning process is documented, providing a comprehensive record and forming a solid basis for the next stage of the project: pricing and contract preparation.
Pricing and Contracts
Once the design and documentation of your practice is complete, the estimation and quotation stage can begin. This will take into account your budget, interior finishes and timeframe for completion. This will give all the information required to provide you with a fixed price commercial building contract giving you the assurance your practice will be completed on time and on budget.
Construction and Interior fit out
The professional and experienced team at Jorgensens will co-ordinate the construction of your new practice through to completion.
Our longstanding team of licensed, qualified sub-contractors will provide a speed of construction and finish that’s up to the Jorgensens standard.
